دور الحوافز الضريبية في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر (قراءة في قانون الاستثمار 22-18-2022 )

Résumé: ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الحوافز الضريبية التي جاءت في قانون الاستثمار الذي يحمل الرقم 22-18 بتاريخ 24 يوليو 2022 والذي أقرته الحكومة الجزائرية لجذب مزيد من الاستثمار الخارجي للجزائر، فبالرغم مما تتوفر فيها من مزايا اقتصادية وطاقوية وجغرافية فهي الدولة الأقل جذبا للاستثمار الخارجي في محيطها الافريقي والأجنبي، وبهدف وضع حد لهذا الضعف في أداء الاقتصاد الجزائري في مسألة جاذبية الاستثمار، حاول قانون الاستثمار الجديد الإجابة على مخاوف وتساؤلات الراغبين في الولوج الى الاقتصاد الجزائري والاستثمار فيها، حيث تضمن القانون الجديد للاستثمار أنظمة تحفيزية للمستثمرين. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوافز الضريبية، الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، مناخ الاستثمار، قانون الاستثمار، فعالية. تصنيف Jel : E62,F21,O023 Abstract: This study aims to highlight the importance of tax incentives that came in the investment law No. 18-22 dated July 24, 2022, approved by the Algerian government, seeks to attract more foreign investment to Algeria.
