دور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية في ترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات

Résumé: لطالما شكل موضوع ترقية تنويع و الصادرات الجزائرية جدل كبير ونقاش واسع في كل فترة يصاب بها الاقتصاد الجزائري بأزمة نقص مصادر التمويل، بسبب اعتماده الكبير على مداخيل الريع النفطي في ظل التقلبات المستمرة في أسواق النفط العالمية. و من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنحاول توضيح مساهمىة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ترقية الصادرات الجزائرية خارج قطاع المحروقات، باعتبارها بديل من البدائل التي يُعول عليها للخروج من تبعية النفط، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي لتحليل بعض الإحصائيات والنتائج التي يمكن من خلالها إبراز دور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ترقية الصادرات، والتي تبين من خلال النتائج المتوصل إليها في البحث أن مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كانت بشكل ضئيل لم ترتقي إلي المستوى المطلوب الذي يجعل منها بديلا تصديريا منافسا للمحروقات. controversy and wide debate in every period in which the Algerian economy suffers a crisis of lack of funding sources, due to its heavy dependence on oil rent income in light of the continuous fluctuations in the global oil markets.
