ترجيحات ابن العجمي للرواة بعدم الاختلاط _ دراسة نظرية تطبيقية في كتاب الاغتباط _

Résumé: ملخص تتناول هذه الدراسة الرواة الذين رجح سبط ابن العجمي عدم اختلاطهم في كتابه الاغتباط، حيث جاءت بعنوان "ترجيحات ابن العجمي للرواة بعدم الاختلاط _ دراسة نظرية تطبيقية في كتاب الاغتباط _"، واهتم هذا البحث بتوضيح موقفه من أقوال النقاد المتهمة لهؤلاء الرواة بالاختلاط، وتهدف للوقوف على هؤلاء الرواة وعددهم والقرائن التي استعملها في ترجيح عدم اختلاطهم وسبب ذكرهم في كتابه، ثم جاءت هذه الدراسة في ثلاثة مباحث تحت كل مبحث مطالب، تطرقنا فيها لترجمة ابن العجمي وعرَّفنا بكتابه الاغتباط ثم بيَّنا مفهوم الاختلاط وحكمه وأهم المصنفات فيه، وأنهينا البحث بالدراسة التطبيقية للرواة الذين رجح عدم اختلاطهم. توصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أن ابن العجمي رجح عدم اختلاط مجموعة من الرواة في كتابه، وعددهم تسعة رواة نظرا لأن ما قيل فيهم ليس المراد منه الاختلاط اصطلاحا أو لأن بعض الرواة أثنى الأئمة على حفظه ولم يذكروه في المختلطين، وذلك من خلال مناقشة أقوال النقاد فيهم والرد عليها بالأدلة المختلفة، وخُتم البحث بتوصيات الباحث. Abstract: This paper deals with the narrators that Sabat Ibn Al-Ajmi -in his book "Al-Ightibāṭ-" suggested were not confused. It attempts to clarify his position with regard to the statements of critics who accuse these narrators of confusion(Ikhtilaat), and aims at identifying these narrators, their number, the evidence that Sabat Ibn Al-Ajmi used to suggest that they were not confused, and why he mentioned them in his book. The present study includes three sections, in which we addressed the biography of Ibn al-Ajmi and presented his book, "Al-Ightibāṭ", then we explained the concept of confusion(Ikhtilaat), its rule, and the most important works. The research was ended with an applied study of the narrators, who, according to Al-Ajdmi, were not confused. In this study we concluded that Ibn al-Ajmi suggested - in his book- that some narrators were not confused. This conclusion was reached by discussing the critics' statements, responding to them by explaining the various proofs and evidence, and presenting the researcher's recommendations.
