عمل المرأة في القطاع غير الرسمي

Résumé: الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة عمل المرأة في القطاع غير الرسمي الإنتاجي، وبالتالي اعتمدنا على المنهج المونوغرافي من أجل وصف مفصل وشامل لعمل المرأة في القطاع غير الرسمي الإنتاجي، وأما الدراسة الميدانية فقد أجريت باستخدام تقنية المقابلة غير الموجهة على عينة غير احتمالية متنوعة تتكون من عشرين مفردة من العاملات في الورشات غير الرسمية من الأحياء المختلفة لمدينة وهران، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن المرأة العاملة في القطاع غير الرسمي ارتبط بنوعين من المشاكل، مشاكل تتعلق بطبيعة العمل لأنه يفتقد للتأمين الاجتماعي،والصحي، ومشاكل تتعلق بأسرتها، وظروفها الاجتماعية، والاقتصادية،وبالمقابل أصبح عمل المرأة في القطاع غير الرسمي يشكل بالنسبة لها وسط للتنشئة المهنية، والتدريب على العمل، وكذالك فضاءً ومجالا للترابط الاجتماعي، وخلق العلاقات الاجتماعية مع زملائها في العمل. الكلمات المفتاحية: المرأة ؛ القطاع غير الرسمي؛ظروف العمل؛ الورشات غير الرسمية. Abstract: This research aims to study the reality of women's work in the productive informal sector , Thus, we have adopted a monographic approach for a detailed and comprehensive Description of women's work in the informal sector. The field Study was conducted using a non-targeted interview technique on a varied non-probability sample of twenty female workers in informal workshops from different neighborhoods of Oran. One of the most important findings is that women working in the informal sector are associated with two types of problems. Problems related to the nature of her work because she lacks social and health insurance, her family's problems and her social and economic conditions. On the other hand, women's work in the informal sector has become a medium for vocational Training, job training, as well as space and space for social cohesion and social relations with her co-workers.
