واقع الانتقاء الأولي والتوجيه للمواهب الكروية للأندية الصغرى (10-12) سنة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة في هذا البحث إلى تحسين الطريقة التي يتم بها الانتقاء الأولي وتوجيه الموهوبين في سن (10-12) لممارسة كرة القدم في الأندية. وعلى هذا الأساس كان الغرض من هذا البحث هو التعرف على الأساليب والأسس العلمية التي تقوم عليها عملية الانتقاء الأولي والتوجيه الرياضي. وبخصوص هذا البحث تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي والاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة للتحقق من النتائج, وتكونت عينة البحث من 20 مدرب تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية وكان أهم اقتراح هو تعيين أخصائيين في كرة القدم لتسهيل عملية الانتقاء الأولي والتوجيه ,وأهم توصية هي القيام بدراسة دقيقة علمية عملية لأجل تحديد مقاييس يتم على أساسها بناء عملية الانتقاء الأولي والتوجيه للمواهب الكروية في الأندية لولاية غليزان , وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات هي عدم الاهتمام بعملية الانتقاء الأولي والتوجيه للموهوبين الناشئين في الأندية لهذه الولاية Abstract: The aim of this study is to improve the way in which the first is selected and to guide the gifted at the age of 10-12 years to practice football in clubs. On this basis, the purpose of the research was to identify the scientific methods and bases underlying the initial selection process and the mathematical guidance in this research, the descriptive approach was adopted and the questionnaire was adopted as a tool to verify the results. The sample consisted of (20 trainers) randomly chosen. The most important suggestion was to appoint specialists in football to facilitate the initial selection process. On the basis of practical scientific ground to determine the criteria for the construction of the initial selection and guidance of football talents in the clubs camp, and the main conclusions were the lack of interest in the initial selection and the initial guidance for talented beginners in clubs in Camp.
