الأزمة المصرية الإثيوبية من منظورالأمن المائي

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المياه في إثارة النزاع في منطقة القرن الإفريقي، وأن هناك ارتباط بين عامل المياه وحاجته مع البعد السياسي في إثارة النزاع بما يعرف الأمن المائي، وطبيعة العلاقة بين دول حوض النيل وقد تطرقنا إلى أزمة بين مصر وإثيوبيا وخاصة بعد بناء إثيوبيا لسد النهضة. كذلك تم التعرف على أبرز الاتفاقيات المائية المصرية مع دول حوض النيل، التي حاولت من خلالها الحفاظ على أمنها المائي. وتم التطرق إلى مختلف الاستراتيجيات المصرية لمواجهة الأزمة في حالة عدم التوصل لاتفاق بين مصر وإثيوبياThe study aims to identify the role of water in provoking conflict in the Horn of Africa region, and that there is a connection between the water factor and its need with the political dimension in provoking conflict in what is known as water security, and the nature of the relationship between the Nile Basin countries.
