النظام المالي في الأندلس عصري الطوائف والمرابطين من خلال النوازل الفقهية.

Résumé: تحاول هذه الدراسة، الاستفادة مما طرحته كتب النوازل الفقهية، من مسائل المعاملات والعبادات التي لها صلة بالمال، مثل الزكاة والبيوع وغيرها، للكشف عن النظام المالي الذي عرفته الأندلس خلال عصري ملوك الطوائف والمرابطين، هذا العصر الذي كان مليئا بالأحداث السياسية، كانقسام البلاد إلى ممالك طائفية متنازعة، ثم الدخول المرابطي الذي أعاد الوحدة للبلاد، فكان لذلك كله تأثير واضح على النظام المالي للبلاد . this study tries to benefit from what jurisprudence books of new events posed about issues of transactions and worship that is related to money such as zakat sales to reveal the financial system that andalus knew during the eras of sect kings and almoravid this era that was full of political events such as the division of the country into kingdoms sectarian cofilct and then the almoravid entry which restored unity to the country so all this had a clear impact on the country's financial system.
