تأثير الإصلاحات المصرفية لقانون النقد والقرض على القروض المتعثرة في الجزائر دراسة قياسية للفترة (2009/2023)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم أثر الإصلاحات البنكية ممثلة في قانون النقد والقرض (90/10) ولواحقه التشريعية على أداء القطاع البنكي في الجزائر ممثلا في حجم القروض المتعثرة إلى إجمالي القروض الممنوحة خلال الفترة (2009/2023)، توصلت الدراسة باستخدام نموذج التكامل المشترك ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ إلى قوة العلاقة بين إجمالي القروض المتعثرة وإجمالي القروض الممنوحة من جهة، وضعف فاعلية الإصلاحات البنكية في تقليص حجم القروض المتعثرة على المديين القصير والطويل من جهة أخرى. . ABSTRACT: This study aims to evaluate the impact of banking reforms represented in the Monetary and Credit Law (10/90) and its legislative annexes on the performance of the banking sector in Algeria, represented in the volume of non-performing loans to the total loans granted during the period (2009/2023). The study reached, using the joint integration model and the error correction model, the strength of the relationship between the total non-performing loans and the total loans granted on the one hand, and the weakness of the effectiveness of banking reforms in reducing the volume of non-performing loans in the short and long term on the other hand.
