الصراع التنظيمي: مفهومه، عوامله، آثاره واستراتيجيات ادارته

Résumé: ملخص: يعد موضوع الصراع التنظيمي من المواضيع التي شغلت الباحثين المهتمين بميدان العلوم السلوكية التنظيمية لاسيما منها علم النفس و السلوك التنظيمي، لما يخلفه من واقع مربك وصعب يعيشه الفرد وتواجهه المنظمة ، فا لتفاعل الحاصل بين الأفراد داخل التنظيم واختلافهم في القيم أو المصالح أو الاتجاهات أو عدم انسجامهم في طريقة أداء الأنشطة أو البحث عن السلطة وغيرها من العوامل الأخرى، قد يؤدي بهم إلى نوع من الغموض وعدم الانسجام الأمر الذي يتسبب بدوره في نشوء الصراع بمستويات مختلفة سرعان ما يؤثر بشكل أو بآخر على آدا ء الفرد وفعالية المنظمة. في هذا المقال العلمي سنحاول التعرض بالتحليل والمناقشة إلى تعقل مفهوم الصراع التنظيمي ذاته، عوامله وآثاره ، فضلا عن مختلف الاستراتيجيات المتبعة في إدارته وتوجيهه توجيها ايجابيا على الصعيد الفرد ي والتنظيمي Abstract: Organizational conflict is one of the major concerns of a large number of researchers in the field of behavioral and organizational sciences, particularly in organizational psychology, and this because of the difficulties that confront the individual and the entire organization. Indeed, the interaction between individuals within the organization, their differences in terms of values, interests, orientations, as well as their differences in the performance of tasks and the search for power can generate ambiguities and inconsistencies which in turn lead to the emergence of conflicts at different levels. These affect in one way or another the effectiveness of the individual and the organization. In this article we will try, as far as possible, to define and analyze the notion of organizational conflict, its factors, its effects, as well as the different strategies used to manage it positively at the individual and organizational level.
