Résumé: تهدف دراستنا إلى التعريف بتجربتنا الميدانية في كيفية تطبيق استراتيجيات التعلم التعاوني في الأعمال الموجهة وفي عملية تكوي الأساتذة الجامعيين حديثي التوظيف. حيث سنبين أهم الخطوات التي اتبعناها في تنفيد الاستراتيجية، ابتداء بتعريف المهارات التي تنميها، ثم تعريف بنماذج من الأهداف البيداغوجية الاجراية للمادة البيداغوجية المدرسة. وبعدها سنعرف بكيفية تشكيل مجموعات الصغيرة والطرق اتي اتبعناها والمعايير التي تقيدنا بها. ثم سنعرف بالأدوار التي تم تحديدها لكل فرد داخل المجموعة ابتداء من انتخاب مسؤول المجموعة وكاتب الجلسة. وبعدها سنقدم نماذج لمجموعة من الأنشطة التدريبية التي تم توزيعها على الطلبة في مقياس منهجية البحث وعلى الأساتذة في مادة سيكولوجية الأستاذ الجامعي. كما سنعرف بالزمن المخصص لكل نشاط في كل حصة وزمن التدخل لكل طالب او أستاذوكيفية تنفيذ ذلك. لنصل في الأخير إلى التعريف بكيفية عرض العمال المنجزة جماعيا كيفية مناقشة كل نشاط بين الطلبة او الأساتذة. Abstract :Our study aims at introducing our on-the-ground experience in how cooperative learning strategies are applied in targeted work and in the process of empowering university professors. We will explain the most important steps we have taken in implementing the strategy, starting by defining the skills that you develop, and then defining models of the pedagogical objectives of the school pedagogy. Then we will know how to form small groups, the ways we followed and the criteria that bind us. We will then know the roles we have assigned to each individual within the group, starting with the group's administrator and author. And then we will provide examples of some of the training activities that were distributed to students in the methodology of research methodology and professors in the psychology of the university professor. We will also know the time of completion and how to present and discuss the work done collectively
