"أثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية على الالتزام التنظيمي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي "
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على جودة الحياة الوظيفية وأثرها على الالتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، ومن خلال تباين مفهوم جودة الحياة الوظيفية بأبعادها والالتزام التنظيمي بأبعاده، وابراز العلاقة بينهما فيما يخص الجانب النظري، أما بالنسبة للجانب التطبيقي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة، حيث تم تصميم استبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات والتي وزعت على عينة مكونة من كل عمال المؤسسة محل الدراسة مستخدمين بذلك طريقة المسح الشامل ، حيث تم توزيع (65) استبانة، واسترد منها ( 53 ) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي، ولمعالجة وتحليل البيانات تم الاعتماد على البرنامج الاحصائي spss v 21، وتم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: توفرت جودة الحياة الوظيفية من وجهة نظر العاملين في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي بدرجة عالية؛ وجود أثر ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) لجودة الحياة الوظيفية بأبعادها على الالتزام التنظيمي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي This study aimed to identify the quality of work life and its impact on the organizational commitment of workers in Algeria Telecom in El-Oued, and through the variation of the concept of quality of work life and its dimensions and the organizational commitment and its dimensions, and highlighting the relationship between them with regard to the theoretical aspect. As for the practical aspect, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon in this study. A questionnaire was designed as a means of collecting data and distributed to a sample consisting of all the workers of the institution being studied by using the comprehensive survey method. 65 questionnaires were distributed, and 53 valid questionnaires for statistical analysis were retrieved. For the processing and analysis of data, the statistical program spss v 21 was used. Several results have been reached. The most important of which are: from the point of view of the employees of the Algeria Telecom in El-Oued, the quality of the work life was provided to a high degree, in addition to the presence of a statistically significant effect at the level of significance ( a ≤ 0.05 ) for the quality of work life and its dimensions on the organizational commitment in Algeria Telecom in El-Oued
