الإرشاد النفسي الرياضي وعلاقته بالثقة بالنفس لدى لاعبي كرة القدم

Résumé: الملخص : تناول المقال دراسة متغيرين مهمين في لعبة كرة القدم (الارشاد النفسي الرياضي، الثقة بالنفس) لدى اللاعبين نظراً للطابع التنافسي للعبة؛ وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على العلاقة بين الارشاد النفسي الرياضي والثقة بالنفس لدى لاعبي كرة القدم. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي على عينة قصدية مكونة من 25 لاعب لكرة القدم، حيث طبق عليهم استبانتين لقياس متغيري الدراسة، الاولى للإرشاد النفسي الرياضي، والثانية للثقة بالنفس. وخلصت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج اهمها:وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية دالة احصائيا بين متغيري الدراسة، مع وجود مستويات متوسطة ومرتفعة في كل من الإرشاد النفسي الرياضي والثقة بالنفس على الترتيب. Abstract: The research is a study of the relationship between sports psychological counseling and self-confidence among football players, and it aimed to assess the reality of sports psychological counseling and to show the relationship between it and the self-confidence of players, and the descriptive approach was used for an intentional sample of 25 players, the first two questionnaires were applied for psychological counseling. Sports, and the second for self-confidence. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: There is a direct statistically significant correlation between the two variables of the study, with high levels in both sports psychological counseling and self-confidence
