الإدارة الجامعية في الجزائر ومعايير الجودة العالمية الواقع والآفاق

Résumé: الملخص : جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على واقع وآفاق الإدارة الجامعية في الجزائر ومعايير الجودة العالمية، ومن خلال تناول هذه الدراسة من عدة جوانب، خاصة منها المتعلقة بالمتغيرات الأساسية (الإدارة الجامعية، معايير الجودة العالمية). وتبين بعد تشخيص واقع المنظومة الجامعية الجزائرية عموما والإدارة الجامعية على خصوصا، وكذا تحليل وقراءة واستشراف الأرقام والإحصائيات الحديثة المتعلقة بقطاع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي بأن الجزائر بذلت مجهودات مقبولة في كافة لأنشطة والميادين، إلا أنها للأسف لم تصل بعد إلى المستوى المطلوب في جودة المخرجات الجامعية وفق المعايير العالمية، وتبقى خدماتها للمحيط الاقتصادي والاجتماعي غير كافية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة الجامعية ؛ معايير الجودة العالمية. Abstract: This study came to shed light on the reality and prospects of university administration in Algeria and international quality standards, and by addressing this study from several aspects, especially those related to the basic variables (university administration, international quality standards). After diagnosing the reality of the Algerian university system in general and university administration in particular, as well as analyzing, reading and foreseeing recent figures and statistics related to the higher education sector and scientific research, it became clear that Algeria made acceptable efforts in all activities and fields, but unfortunately it has not yet reached the required level in the quality of university outputs.
