مساهمة التعليم المقاولاتي بالجامعة الجزائرية في تعزيز توجه الطالب نحو المقاولاتية الخضراء - دراسة عينة من طلبة الماستر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مساهمة التعليم المقاولاتي المعتمد بالجامعة الجزائرية في تعزيز الاتجاه نحو المقاولاتية الخضراء لدى الطالب الجامعي، ولأجل تحقيق ذلك فقد تضمنت جانبين، جانب خاص بالدراسة النظرية، التي اهتمت بتحليل أبعاد وأهمية التعليم المقاولاتي والتعليم الأخضر، إضافة إلى خصائص المقاول الأخضر، بينما اختص الجانب الثاني بالدراسة الميدانية، والتي ارتكزت على دراسة وتحليل آراء عينة تتكون من 137 طالب من كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة الشلف. وبعد جمع وتحليل البيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية ضعيف للتعليم المقاولاتي على اتجاه الطالب نحو المقاولاتية الخضراء، ويعزى ذلك إلى ضعف برامج التعليم وطرق التدريس، وهذا ما يتطلب إعادة تحيين وتجديد برامج التعليم وتكييفها مع متطلبات التحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر، مع ضرورة التجديد في طرق وأساليب التدريس، وتكييفها مع التطورات الحاصلة في ميدان التعليم. This study aimed to analyze the role of entrepreneurship education at the Algerian University in promoting the trend towards green entrepreneurship among university students, To achieve this, it was based on analyzing the opinions of a sample consisting of 137 students from the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Chlef.. After collecting and analyzing data, the study concluded that there is a weak statistically significant impact of entrepreneurial education on the student’s attitude towards green entrepreneurship, due to the weakness of education programs and teaching methods, and this requires re-updating and renewing education programs and adapting them to the requirements of the transition towards a green economy, with the need for renewal In teaching methods and methods, adapting them to developments in the field of education.
