Résumé: ملخص : عرفت الجزائر منذ الفتح الاسلامي دخول المذهب المالكي والعقيدة الاشعرية و بذل العلماء والمؤسسات العلمية جهودا معتبرة لشرح عناصر هذه المرجعية معتمدة على العدد الهاىل من المتون والمصادر و الطرق الصوفية والمدارس العلمية والزوايا الوقفية . Abstract: This article exposed to one omong scientific figures of Algeria, and he is one of the scholars of Maalikis in Djelfa,who lived between 1900/1989. This article aims to demonstrate his method in Ftwa,and in answering questions submited to it with modeling of these diverse doctrinal questions put to it where we can see the abundance of his knowledge and superiority
