المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمنظمات الأعمال الجزائرية شركات الاتصالات الخلوية"جيزي، موبيليس، أريدو" أنموذجا

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تبني شركات الاتصالات الجزائرية "جيزي، موبيليس، أريدو" لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية، والتعرف على تأثيرات المسؤولية الاجتماعية لهذه الشركات على المجتمع الجزائري في بناء صورتها الذهنية وتحسين سمعتها.حيث تم إتباع المنهج التحليلي التقييمي والذي يعتمد على تحليل الأرقام والبيانات، ومن ثم بيان النتائج بصورتها الواقعية سواء كانت ايجابية أو سلبية من أجل الخروج بتوصيات للشركات المبحوثة خاصة وللشركات الجزائرية عامة. تشتمل الدراسة على أربعة أقسام تُعنى على التوالي بمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات والدور التنموي لها، ثم ننتقل لإيضاح بعض تطبيقات ونماذج لشركات الاتصالات الجزائرية "جيزي، موبيليس، أريدو"، لتختم بنتائج وتوصيات للشركات المدروسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية، شركات الاتصالات الخلوية العاملة بالجزائر)جيزي، موبيليس، اريدو(. Abstract: This study aims at detecting the fact of adopting the social responsibility in Algerian telecommunications companies (Djeezy, Mobilis, Oreedoo), and identify the corporate social responsibility impact on building their reputation in Algerian society, we followed analytical method evaluation, which depends on the analysis of the figures and data, and then the results statement its image realism, whether positive or negative in order to come up with recommendations for the companies surveyed companies . The study includes four sections dealing with, respectively, the concept of corporate social responsibility and its developmental role, then move on to clarify some of the applications and models for Algerian telecommunications companies "Djezzy, Mobilis, oreedoo," concludes the findings and recommendations of the companies studied.
