Résumé: ان الهشاشة والانكشاف الطاقوي الذي تعاني منه الدول الأوروبية، دفعتها الى التفكير في تكرار تجربتها التكاملية في مجال السياسات الدنيا على السياسات الطاقوية، مما جعلها تتبني خطط واستراتيجيات وسياسات جماعية حاولت من خلالها دمج أسواق الطاقة في سوق موحدة، لضمان امن الامدادات واستدامتها وتعزيز تنافسيتها، الا أن المصالح الوطنية والنزعة القومية لا زالت تقف عائقا امام تحقيق هذا الهدف الأوروبي. The fragility and the energy exposure of European countries led him to think about the repetition of his integration experience in the field of minimum policies on the energy policies of his countries, which led him to adopt plans, collective strategies and policies through which he tried to integrate European energy markets into a single market, to ensure security of supply and their sustainability and to strengthen their competitiveness; However, national interests and nationalism still prevent the achievement of this European goal.
