دور أسلوب المرافقة المقاولتية في إنشاء و دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في الجزائر "دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المستفيدة من وكالة Ansej فرع ورقلة"

Résumé: باعتبار موضوع المرافقة المقاولتية من المواضيع الحديثة إذ ارتبط بظهور عدة مشاكل و صعوبات تعيق إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة و هذا نتيجة وجود فجوات في النسيج المقاولاتي ، مما أدى إلى انتهاج آليات تهدف إلى دعم المقاولتية و تنمية هذه المؤسسات و ذلك لمساعدتها في عدة مجالات منها التكوين ، التمويل ، و تعتبر الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تشغيل الشباب (ANSEJ) أول هيئة جزائرية متخصصة في دعم و إنشاء و مرافقة المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ، استنادا إلى عدد المؤسسات المنشأة في إطارها منذ انطلاقها سنة 1997 م.انطلاقا من ذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم تجربة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تشغيل الشباب في مجال المرافقة و إنشاء المشاريع و هذا بغية تحسين الخدمات التي تقدمها للنهوض بهذا القطاع مما يعود بالنفع على التنمية الوطنية. Abstract: As the accompanying modern topics as entrepreneurship has been associated with several problems and difficulties impeded the establishment of small enterprises, and this is the result of gaps in the entrepreneurial fabric, which led to the adoption of mechanisms aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and the development of enterprises and to assist them in the areas of training, funding. The National Agency to support youth employment (ANSEJ) , first Algerian agency specialized in support ,creation ,and accompany the small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), based on the number of the institutions established under it since its inception in 1997. The aim of this study is to evaluate the experience of the National Agency to support youth employment in the accompaniment and create projects to improve its services to the advancement of this sector to the benefit of national development.
