دراسة مقارنة لمفاهيم الأمن الغذائي المستدام، الاكتفاء الذاتي والسيادة الغذائية -الجزائر نموذجا-
Résumé: ملخص: تطور مفهوم الأمن الغذائي منذ ظهوره حيث شمل عدة مصطلحات منها الاكتفاء الذاتي، الأمن الغذائي المستدام، والسيادة الغذائية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم هذه المصطلحات الثلاث. وسوف نحاول استعراض أفضل نموذج للجزائر في ظل الظروف السيئة التي تضرب الاقتصاد العالمي، بدءا بالتقلبات المناخية وانخفاض المعروض من الغذاء وارتفاع الأسعار، إلى حالة الاغلاق التام بسبب جائحة وباء كوفيد 19. Abstract: The concept of food security has evolved since its inception and includes several terms, including self-sufficiency, sustainable food security, and food sovereignty. This study aims to evaluate these three terms. We will try to review the best example of Algeria in light of the bad conditions hitting the global economy, ranging from climate fluctuations, low food supply and high prices, to a state of complete closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
