Résumé: إن تراجع نفوذ المدرسة الواقعية ومعها مركزية الدولة برز الاهتمام بفواعل جديدة غير الدولاتية كمحركات أولى للأحداث الدولية ومن بينها المتغير الإثنيى لا سيما في دول أفريقيا مما جعل النزاع بين مختلف الأقليات على اختلاف أصولها وانتماءاتها ظاهرة شائعة جداً. يعتبر المشكل التنزع الاثني من بين المشاكل التي واجهت ولا زالت تواجه عمليات بناء الدولة الأفريقية الحديثة خاصة على صعيد الوحدة الوطنية، فالمجتمع الأفريقي يتألف من جماعات قبلية؛ إذ لم تعرف البلدان الأفريقية جنوب الصحراء الكبرى بعد استقلالها في الستينيات من القرن العشرين الوحدة القومية بالمعنى المتعارف عليه في الدول الأوروبية، ولا يزال النمط القبلي، هو النمط المهيمن في أجزاء واسعة من أفريقيا. Abstract The decline in the influence of the Realistic school and with it the centrality of the state, Attention to new non-state actors has emerged as the primary drivers of international events, including the ethnic variable, especially in African countries, which has made conflict between different minorities of different origins and affiliations a very common phenomenon. The problem of ethnic strife is among the problems that have faced and are still facing the processes of building the modern African state, especially at the level of national unity. The African society is composed of tribal groups, The countries of sub-Saharan Africa, after their independence in the 1960s, did not know national unity in the sense that is common in European countries, and the tribal style remains the dominant style in large parts of Africa.
