Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقييم برامج تأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر بصفة عامة و دراسة حالة مؤسستي CARAJUSو SAFILAIT بصفة خاصة، بغرض معرفة مدى نجاعة هذه البرامج في تحقيق الأهداف المنوطة بها، وبالتالي إبراز نقاط القوة والضعف ومن ثم تقديم بعض الاقتراحات للتخفيف من حدة المشكل المطروح. الكلمات الدالة: المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة- التأهيل – التقييم. ABSTRACT The purpose of this article is to assess the program of upgrading of small and medium enterprises in Algeria, and this through a case study of two companies: CARAJUS and SAFILAIT. The study of the implementation of this program would allow us to know the level of achievement of various objectives assigned to it and its strengths and weaknesses. On the basis of the results we propose solutions that we consider adequate to solve the problems that are encountered. Keywords: SMEs, upgrade, assessment.
