الأزمة السوريــــــة والتنظــــــيم الإقليــــمي

Résumé: إن فكرة التنظيم الإقليمي والدولي،بدأ الحديث عنها بشكل ملفت في القرن التاسع عشر من خلال زيادة حركة التبادل التجاري والصناعي والفكري بين الدول، التي كانت الخطوة الأولى والمحفزة في مسار التنظيم السياسي العالمي. منذ اندلاع ثورات وحركات احتجاج على طبيعة النظم السياسية الحاكمة، بداية من الثورة التونسية وصولا إلى الثورة السورية،مما ادى إلى قيام بعض المنظمات الإقليمية والدولية التدخل من أجل ايجاد حلول لتلك الأزمات، نظراً لما تمثله من خطورة بالغة التعقيد على النظام العربي والدولي.تباينت المواقف التي قدمتها الجامعة حول الوضع في سوريا مما أدى إلى دعوات دولية لتدخل مجلس الأمن في هذه اللأزمة التي باتت بالغة التعقيد. تعالج هذه الدراسة دور جامعة الدول العربية حول الموقف التي اتخذتها لحل الأزمة السورية لما لهذه الأزمة دورا مهما في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، ومن خلال الدور المهم للمنظمة الأقليمية (جامعة الدول العربية) من اسهامات كثيرة على المستوى السياسي والإنساني في كثير من الملفات في منطقة الشرق اللأوسط وخصوصا الملف السوري. Abstract The idea of regional and international organization began to be discussed in the nineteenth century by increasing the movement of commercial, industrial and intellectual exchange between countries, which was the first and stimulating step in the path of global political organization. Since the eruption of revolutions and movements of protest against the nature of the ruling political systems, from the Tunisian revolution to the Syrian revolution, which led to the establishment of some regional and international organizations to intervene to find solutions to those crises, given the very serious risk to the Arab and international system. Submitted by the League on the situation in Syria, which led to international calls for the intervention of the Security Council in this crisis, which has become very complex. This study deals with the role of the League of Arab States on the position it has taken to resolve the Syrian crisis. This crisis has an important role in the Middle East region, and through the important role of the regional organization (League of Arab States), many contributions in the Middle East, Syrian conflict.
