سعر الصرف ومحدداته في الجزائر (1980-2014)

Résumé: يعتبر سعر الصرف أحد المؤشرات الاقتصادية والمالية التي تعبر عن جودة الأداء الاقتصادي لأية دولة سواء أكانت من الدول المتقدمة، ناشئة أومن الدول المتخلفة، كما يعتبر سعر الصرف متغيرا اقتصاديا شديد الحساسية نظرا للمؤثرات الداخلية والخارجية التي يتعرض لها لاسيما أمام اتساع دورة التجارة الخارجية وتطور أسواق المالية الدولية، ولقد أصبح تركيز الاقتصاديين المعاصرين والمتخصصين في المالية الدولية ينصب على دراسـة أنظمة أسعار الصرف وكذا العوامل التي تتحكم في تحديدها. تعتبر آلية سعر الصرف العنصر المحوري في اقتصاد المالية الدولية، و عنصر مهم في الفكر المالي الحديث، ولها أهمية بالغة في تعديل وتسوية ميزان المدفوعات للدولة وخصوصا تلك البلدان النامية. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سنحاول تناول سعر الصرف من حيث الماهية والأسباب والنظريات في الجانب النظري وكذا النمذجة القياسية عن طريق البحث عن أحسن نموذج يؤدي الى دور اكثر فعالية لسعر الصرف في الاقتصاد. The exchange rate is one of the economic and financial indicators that reflect the economic performance of any country quality, whether from developed countries, emerging or from underdeveloped countries, as is the exchange rate economically variable squeamish because of internal and external stimuli that are exposed, especially in front of the widening foreign trade cycle and the evolution of financial markets international, and has become a contemporary and specialists in international finance economists' focus is on the study of exchange rate regimes as well as the factors that control the identified. Exchange rate mechanism is the pivotal element in the international financial economy, and an important element in the modern financial thought, is of extreme importance in adjusting and settling the balance of payments of the country, especially those of developing countries. Through this study, we will try to deal with the exchange rate in terms of essence and the reasons and theories in the theoretical side as well as the standard modeling by searching for the best model leads to a more effective exchange rate's role in the economy.
