الالتزام بالتتبع - دراسة مقارنة

Résumé: نظرا لتعقيدات المنتوجات الموضوعة في السوق وتمتعها بالتكنولوجيا العالية، لم يعد اكتشاف تعيبها أمرا هينا إلا بعد فوات مدة من الزمن قد تطول في كثير من الأحيان بفضل التطور العلمي. ومن ثم بات لزاما على المنتج تتبع سلامة منتجه بمراقبته طيلة المسار أو المراحل التي يمر بها، واتخاذ الإجراءات والتدابير اللازمة لاتقاء الأضرار الناتجة عن تعيب منتجه فور العلم به، ولا يتأتى ذلك إلا بإعلام المستهلكين بمخاطر المنتوج، والعمل على سحب واسترجاع المنتوج من يد المستهلكين حسب مقتضيات الضرورة ووفق ما تتطلبه القوانين الحديثة. Made of high technology and deep complexity, it became hard to discover the imperfection of some products put in the market on time due to the scientific development. Therefore, the producer became obliged to track the safety of his product all along the stages it goes through; and take the necessary measures to avoid the damages resulting from the process of disgracing his product immediately. This can be accomplished via informing the consumer of the product’s dangers and withdrawing it from the market according to the requirement of necessity and as required by modern law.
