Résumé: شكلت الزوايا و الطرق الصوفية عنصرا فاعلا في الحياة السياسية للمغرب خلال فترة الحماية، فتأرجحت مواقفها بين موالية للاستعمار ورافضة له، مما جعل السلطة المركزية تتخذ عدة إجراءات لمواجهة تلك التي دانت بالولاء للحماية. وقد كان أكثرها جرأة اصدار ظهير منظم لإنشاء الزوايا والطرق الصوفية سنة 1946. الأمر الذي خلف مواقف متباينة. من هذا المنطلق تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية للكشف عن حيثيات إصدر هذا الظهير والاصداء التي خلفها سواء عند شيوخ الطرق الصوفية أو راود الحركة الوطنية مع إبراز دور إدارة الحماية الفرنسية من خلال النتائج المترتبة عنه. وتظهر وثائق الأرشيف الفرنسي أن إصدار الظهير كان له وقع كبير على مسار الطرق الصوفية خاصة تلك التي ظهر ولاؤها للاستعمار، إلى جانب أنه شكل إطارا قانونيا للحركة الوطنية في مواجهتها لتلك المؤسسات التي اعتبرتها مصدرا للجمود والتخلف. Sufi orders and zawiyas constituted an active element in the political life of Morocco during the period of protection. The most daring of these was the issuance of a decree organizing the establishment of Sufi orders and zawiyas in 1946. This resulted in different positions. From this point of view, this research paper comes to reveal the reasons for issuing this Dahir and the echoes it left behind, whether among the sheikhs of the Sufi orders or the temptation of the national movement, while highlighting the role of the French Protection Department through its consequences. The documents of the French archive show that the issuance of the Dahir had a great impact on Sufi orders and zawiyas, especially those whose loyalty to colonialism appeared, in addition to forming a legal framework for the national movement in its confrontation with those institutions that it considered a source of stagnation and backwardness.
