أهمية قائمة تدفقات الخزينة في تعزيز الإفصاح المحاسبي دراسة حالة في المؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية Snvi بولاية ورقلة للفترة(2011إلى 2013 )

Résumé: تعالج هذه الدراسة أهمية قائمة تدفقات الخزينة في تعزيز الإفصاح المحاسبي في القوائم المالية في ظل النظام المحاسبي المالي SCF، وذلك من خلال إبراز أهمية قائمة تدفقات الخزينة التي عالجها المعيار السابع IAS مقارنة مع القوائم المالية وأهميتها في تفعيل الإفصاح المحاسبي في هذه الأخيرة . بعد استعراضنا لبعض المفاهيم العامة لقائمة تدفقات الخزينة والإفصاح المحاسبي ثم انتهاجنا لدراسة حالة في المؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية SNVI التي تمثلت في إعداد قائمة تدفقات الخزينة مرورا بالميزانية المالية وجدول حسابات النتائج بالاعتماد على أسلوب المقابلة والملاحظة، حيث تعتبر أداة من أدوات الإفصاح المحاسبي والتحليل المالي. كما لخصت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج والمتمثلة في أن المؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية تطبق الطريقة المباشرة لإعداد قائمة تدفقات الخزينة وذلك طبقا لما ينص عليه النظام المحاسبي المالي، حيث أن المؤسسة شهدت وضعية مالية جيدة خلال السنوات المدروسة من 2011 إلى 2013 وذلك لقيامها بجميع الإفصاحات اللازمة مما يجعلها قادرة على تمويل احتياجاتها المستقبلية. This study addressed the importance of the list of treasury flows in strengthening the accounting disclosure in the financial statements under financial accounting system SCF, through highlighting the importance of the list of treasury flows addressed by the seventh standard IAS compared with the financial statements and their importance in activating the accounting disclosure in the latter. After our review of some of the general concepts of the list of the treasury flows and accounting disclosure then Anthajna to study the situation in the National Foundation for industrial vehicles SNVI which was to prepare a list of the treasury flows through the financial budget and schedule of accounts results based on the interview method and observation, which is a tool of the disclosure of accounting and financial analysis tools. The study also outlined a set of results of the National Foundation for industrial vehicles apply direct way to prepare a list of treasury flows in accordance as provided in the financial accounting system, as the institution had been a good financial status during the studied years from 2011 to 2013 and then for having all the disclosures required for making it able to finance future needs.
