البنوك الإسلامية، إستراتيجية لتحقيق التنمية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة - دراسة حالة بنك السلام الجزائري-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعريف بالدور الحيوي للبنوك الإسلامية في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر بهدف تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، لاسيما وأن التوجه الجديد للدولة الجزائرية ينصب حول ترقية وتدعيم هذا النوع من المؤسسات. يمثل بنك السلام أحد أهم البنوك الإسلامية بالجزائر، فهو يسعى لتوسيع قاعدة عملائه بالاعتماد على تنويع المنتجات المقدمة وكذا الانتشار الجغرافي من خلال فتح الفروع،أثبتت الدراسة تمكن البنك من الوصول إلى شريحة هامة من أصحاب المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بتوفير التمويل اللازم لها والذي بلغ نسبة 83% من مجموع التمويل المقدم وذلك وفق صيغ إسلامية متنوعة. Abstract: Is study aims to identify the vital role of Islamic banks in financing small and medium sized enterprises in Algeria with the aim of achieving economic development, especially as the new orientation of the Algerian state focuses on promotion and reinforcing this kind of enterprises. Salam bank represents one of the most important Islamic banks in Algeria. It seeks to expand its client base by relying on the diversification of the products offered as well as the geographical spread through opening branches, the study proved that the bank has access to a significant segment of small and medium sized enterprises by providing them with the necessary financing, which reached 83% of the total funding provided, according to various Islamic formats.
