تجربة الإذاعات المحلية في الجزائر-إذاعة قسنطينة أنموذجا- دراسة في طبيعة التفاعل وأنماط التلقي

Résumé: يعد الإعلام المحلي محركا أساسيا وحاجة ماسة سعت إلى تحقيقها كافة المجتمعات الإنسانية، بهدف صنع حركية اتصالية تفاعلية مع الأحداث والسياقات الاجتماعية التي يعيشها المجتمع المحلي الجزائري، الذي بادر بإنشاء شبكة من الإذاعات المحلية تلبية للحاجة الإعلامية لهذا المجتمع. جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على كيفية تفاعل الجمهور مع الإذاعات المحلية التي أنشأت في الجزائر، لتبيان الصلة التي تربط بينهما، كاشفة عن مدى مساهمتها في توجيه المواطن المحلي، وقدرتها على تعبئته، وتلبية احتياجاته ورغباته الإعلامية المختلفة، ناهيك عن حمايتها للتراث المحلي وترسيخه ونقله للأجيال القادمة، وتعزيز الالتزام به لدى السكان المحليين. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإذاعات المحلية، الجمهور، إذاعة قسنطينة المحلية، التفاعل، التلقي. Abstract: The local media is an essential engine and an urgent need that has been sought by all human societies in order to create an interactive communicative movement with the events and social contexts that the Algerian local community is living in, which initiated a network of local radio stations to meet the media needs of this society. This study came to shed the light on how the audience interacted with the local radio stations established in Algeria to show the link between them, as well as the extent to which they contributed to direct the local community, its ability to mobilize it, and to meet its needs and different media desires, let alone to protect cultivation and handing down of local cultural, heritage and strengthening commitment among the local population.
