الشباب الجزائري وإشكالية العزوف التنموي على المستوى المحلي

Résumé: تسعى الجزائر إلى تحقيق تنمية محلية مستدامة من أجل مواجهة المستجدات السياسية والإقتصادية والإجتماعية الراهنة، ولتحقيق هذه التنمية تحاول الجزائر الإستثمار بفئة الشباب، وتحويل طاقاتهم وإبداعاتهم إلى عناصر إنتاج تساهم في تنمية المجتمع المحلي، والتأكيد على مشاركة الشباب في الحياة العامة، إلا أن الواقع يثبت ضعف الرغبة التشاركية للشباب الجزائري، وإنشار ظاهرة العزوف التنموي على المستوى المحلي. Algeria seeks to achieve sustainable local development in order to face the current political, economic and social developments, by investing in the youth category, transforming their energies and creativity into production elements that contribute to the development of the local community, and emphasizing the participation of young people in public life, but the reality proves the weakness of the participatory desire Algerian youth, and the spread of the phenomenon of developmental reluctance at the local level.
