Résumé: تتحدد قوة ومكانة أي مؤسسة إعلامية حديثة بشكل كبير من خلال استخدام إدارتها لتكنولوجيا الاتصال و المعلومات لما لهذه التقنيات و الوسائل الحديثة من تأثير على إدارتها و يتجسد ذلك بالاعتماد على هاته الوسائل التي أصبحت ضرورية لإنجاز العمل في الجريدة من جهة و حتمية يفرضها الواقع التنافسي بين المؤسسات الإعلامية من جهة أخرى و يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز تأثير تكنولوجيا الاتصال و المعلومات على إدارة تحرير الصحف الجزائرية واتخذنا صحيفة "الشروق اليومي" نموذجا . Abstrac:t The strength and stature of any modern media organization is largely determined by its management of communication and information technology because of these technologie and modern means of influence on its management, and this is embodied by relying on these means, which have become necessary to complete the work in the newspaper on the one hand and inevitability imposed by the competitive reality among media institutions from on the other hand. This article aims to highlight the impact of communication and information technology on the editorial administration of Algerian newspapers, and we have taken the newspaper,"Al Shourouk Al Yaoumi" as a model
