التوجه العلاجي من وجهة نظر المصاب باضطراب الوسواس القهري

Résumé: الملخص: نظرا للواقع السوسيوثقافي الذي من خلاله يبني المريض المصاب باضطراب الوسواس القهري أسباب اصابته وتفسيراته لأسباب اضطرابه موظفا في ذلك حمولته الثقافية، فان دراستنا جاءت هادفة للكشف عن دور المعتقد والحمولة الثقافية في تفسير الاضطراب وعلاقته بالتوجه العلاجي من وجهة نظر المصاب بالوساوس والأفعال القهرية، اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج العيادي الذي اقتصرا فيه على دراسة لحالة تعاني من اضطراب الوسواس القهري وكان اختيارهما قصديا كما تم استخدام مقياس بيل براون للوسواس القهري واختبار الطب النفسي لحسان المالح كأداتين للدراسة. وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين التفسيرات لأسباب الاضطراب والتوجه العلاجي. الكلمات المفتاحية: اضطراب الوسواس القهري؛ التوجه العلاجي؛ تصورات الاضطراب :Abstract In view of the sociocultural reality through which the patient with obsessive-compulsive disorder builds the causes of his affliction and his explanations for the causes of his disorder, employing his cultural load, our study was aimed at revealing the role of belief and cultural load in explaining the disorder and its relationship to the therapeutic approach from the point of view of the obsessive and compulsive person. The two researchers focused on the clinical approach, in which they were limited to studying two cases suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder and their selection was intentional. The Bell Brown scale for obsessive-compulsive disorder and the psychiatry test of Hassan Al-Maleh were used as tools for the study. The results of the study concluded that there is a relationship between the nature of perceptions and the cultural .load of the patient and the nature of the treatment pattern used .Key words: obsessive-compulsive disorder; Therapeutic orientation; Perceptions of disturbance
