الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك دراسة حالة مصرف السلام الجزائري 2014-2020

Résumé: ملخص: لقد تم تسليط الضوء في هذه الورقة البحثية على الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك كونها من أهم صيغ التمويل الحديثة بالبنوك الإسلامية، وذلك بالدراسة والتحليل فقد ركزنا في الجانب النظري على المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بالإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك أهم أنواعها وأبرز صورها معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الاستقرائي، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فتم التعريج على أهم النشطات التمويلية على غرار الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك، واعتمدنا في ذلك على دراسة حالة مصرف السلام الجزائري. حيث تم التوصل إلى أن مصرف السلام الجزائري يقدم باقة متنوعة من صيغ التمويل ومن بينها الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك والتي عرفت تطور ملحوظ في السنوات الأخيرة حيث أنها لم تتأثر بتفشي فيروس كورونا، إلا أن أهم مواضيع التمويل بالإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك هو العتاد الصناعي وهو الأمر الذي على البنك محاولة تداركه وجذب أكبر قدر من العملاء نحو المواضيع الأخرى . Abstract: This research paper highlighted the Ijarah muntahia bittamleek as one of the most important forms of modern financing in Islamic banks, In this study and analysis, we focused on the theoretical side on the basic concepts related to Ijarah muntahia bittamleek, the most important types and most prominent images, relying on the inductive approach, while in the Applied side, the most important financial activities such as the Ijarah muntahia bittamleek, and we relied on the case study of the Al Salam Bank of Algeria. It was concluded that the Al Salam Bank of Algeria offers a variety of financing formats, including Ijarah muntahia bittamleek, which has seen a significant development in recent years as it was not affected by the Coronavirus outbreak, but the most important topics of financing Ijarah muntahia bittamleek is industrial equipment, which the Bank has to try to remedy and attract as many customers as possible towards other topics.
