Résumé: الملخص: يحاول هذا المقال أن يسلط الضوء على الممارسة الحجاجية عند مفسري القرآن الكريم، وبالأخص لدى أبي حيان الأندلسي(ت745ه) في تفسيره "البحر المحيط"؛ حيث يهدف إلى رصد "حجة الفصل بين المفاهيم" المعتمدة من طرف أبي حيان في سبيل إقناع جمهوره المتلقي، والتي تعد جانبا مهما من التقنيات الحجاجية التي تندرج ضمن نظرية بيرلمان وتيتيكا في كتابهما الخطابة الجديدة. وتكمن أهمية البحث في إبراز أصالة الممارسة الحجاجية في تراثنا العربي الإسلامي من خلال تحليل النصوص التراثية بواسطة أدوات النظريات الحديثة، وتبيين اهتمام علماء المسلمين بطرق الحجاج وإقناع المخاطبين. Abstract: This research aims to highlight the argumentative practice of Tafsir scholars, especially Abou Hayyan Al-Andalousi in his book Al-Bahr Al-Mouhit, it aims to observe “The dissociation of concepts argument” which is used by Abou Hayyan to convince his audience, and that argument is an important part of the argumentative technics in Perelman theory. The importance of this article lies in highlighting the authenticity of the argumentative practice in our Arab and Islamic heritage through the analysis of heritage texts using modern theories tools, and showing the interest of Muslim scholars in Argumentation styles and convincing audiences.
