الحقوق السياسية للمرأة الجزائرية وأثرها على المشاركة السياسية

Résumé: حظيت الحقوق السياسية للمرأة باهتمام دولي بالغ، وتعتبر من أهم الحقوق والحريات الإنسانية حيث نصت عليها المواثيق الدولية كميثاق الأمم المتحدة وميثاق الاتحاد الافريقي والميثاق العربي لحقوق الانسان، كما عقد اتفاقيات دولية هامة لحماية حقوق المرأة خاصة السياسية منها، وذلك لتعزيز حضور المرأة في الحياة العامة وترقية المشاركة السياسية للمرأة بالمساواة مع الرجل، ولم تتخلف الجزائر عن الركب فقد أقرت دساتيرها بالمساواة بين الجنسين في الحقوق والواجبات وصادقت على المواثيق والاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بحماية حقوق المرأة ، ولم تتضمن المنظومة القانونية الجزائرية أي منع للمرأة من ممارسة حقوقها السياسية تصويتا أو ترشحا لكن مجموعة متنوعة من العوامل والعقبات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية حالت دون تحقيق المشاركة السياسية الفعالة للمرأة الجزائرية مما أوجب على الدولة تطبيقا للنصوص الدستورية ووفاء بالتعهدات الدولية إلى إجراء إصلاحات دستورية وقانونية وسياسية لتوسيع المشاركة السياسية للمرأة وتمكينها من نيل كل حقوقها السياسية Abstract : Women's political rights have received great international attention, and they are considered among the most important human rights and freedoms, as they are stipulated in international conventions such as the United Nations Charter, the African Union Charter, and the Arab Charter for Human Rights. The political participation of women on an equal basis with men, and Algeria did not lag behind, as its constitutions recognized gender equality in rights and duties and ratified international covenants and conventions related to the protection of women’s rights. Social, economic and political factors and obstacles prevented the achievement of effective political participation of Algerian women, which required the state to implement constitutional provisions and fulfill international commitments to carry out constitutional, legal and political reforms to expand women's political participation and enable them to obtain all their political
