المعروض النقدي كآلية لإدارة الطلب الكلي في ظل التقلبات الاقتصادية دراسة قياسية لحالة الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2021

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدِّراسة إلى قياس أثر تطور المعروض النَّقدي على مكونات الطَّلب الكلي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2021 باستعمال نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي " VAR " لمعرفة أهمية المعروض النَّقدي في إدارة الطلب الكلي ومعالجة التَّقلبات الاقتصادية، حيث قُسِّمت الدراسة إلى محورين تناول الأول التأصيل الفكري لدور إدارة الطلب في معالجة الدَّورات الاقتصادية وتحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي، والثَّاني تناول دراسة قياسية لحالة الجزائر حيثُ أظهرت النتائج أنَّ صدمة المعروض النقدي أدت إلى تذبذبات كبيرة في استجابة مكونات الطلب الكلي كان أشدها الانفاق الحكومي ثم الاستثمار والواردات وأقلها الصادرات والاستهلاك، وعلى المدى الطويل كانت الاستجابة سلبية لكل المكونات. This study aims to measure the impact of the development of the money supply on the components of aggregate demand in Algeria during the period 1980-2021 by using the autoregressive ray model "VAR" to know the importance of the money supply in managing aggregate demand and dealing with economic fluctuations. Where the study was divided into two axes, the first dealt with the intellectual rooting of the role of demand management in addressing economic cycles and achieving economic stability, and the second dealt with an econometric study of the case of Algeria, where the results showed that the shock of the money supply led to large fluctuations in the response of the components of aggregate demand, the most severe of which was government spending, then investment and imports and the least Exports and consumption, and in the long run the response was negative for all components.
