سياسات الأمن المائي كإستراتيجية لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي...الجزائر نموذجا

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مفهومي الأمن الغذائي والأمن المائي، وأهم السياسات المتبعة من طرف الحكومة الجزائرية لمواجهة نقص الموارد المائية، على ضوء أزمة توفير المياه وغياب التسيير الرشيد والمستدام للموارد المتاحة. إذ تسعى الجزائر إلى اتباع مجموعة من السياسات في سبيل تغطية احتياجاتها المائية، إلا أنها لا زالت تعاني من مشكل ندرة الموارد المائية والتي تتعلق أساسا بالمياه العذبة الصالحة للاستعمال، والذي يعتبر من بين أهم العوائق التي تقف في وجه تحقيق اكتفائها الغذائي الحالي والمستقبلي. تصنيف JEL : Q18 ,Q25 Abstract: This study aims to clarify the concepts of food security and water security, and the most important policies followed by the Algerian government to confront the shortage of water resources, in light of the water supply crisis and the absence of rational and sustainable management of available resources. Algeria seeks to follow a set of policies in order to cover its water needs, but it still suffers from the problem of scarcity of water resources, which is mainly related to usable fresh water, which is considered among the most important obstacles standing in the way of achieving its current and future food sufficiency.
