أثر رأس المال الاجتماعي في العمل الجماعي دراسة حالة شركة تسيير الخطوط ترامواي – ورقلة
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع رأس المال الاجتماعي و العمال الجماعي بشركة تسيير خطوط الترامواي من خلال أبعاد رأس مال الاجتماعي حيث تم توزيع استمارة استبيان على عينة من المدراء و رؤساء الأقسام, تم استرجاع 77 استمارة و تم تحليل البيانات الواردة عن طريق برنامج SPSS بلإعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية ،تحليل الانحدار و أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أن رأس المال الجماعي له إثر متوسط على العمال الجماعي بـــــــــ SETRAM , و أن مستوى الاهتمام برأس المال الاجتماعي مرتفع بينما الاهتمام العمال الجماعي متوسط .This study aims to know the reality of social capital and collective workers in the tramway running company through the dimensions of social capital, where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of managers and department heads, 77 forms were retrieved and the data received was analyzed through the SPSS program, depending on Arithmetic averages and standard deviations, regression analysis and the most important findings that have been reached is that collective capital has a moderate effect on collective workers in SETRAM, and that the level of interest in social capital is high while interest in collective workers is medium.
