إستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر: بين فعالية الجهود والاستجابة لأهداف الألفية الثالثة

Résumé: تعالج الورقة البحثية العلاقة بين موضوعين متشابكين يشكلان محور تقاطع العديد من الحقول المعرفية، التنمية المستدامة كإستراتيجية لإرساء أسس للتنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة وتحقيق التنمية البشرية بمختلف عناصرها، مع العمل على إدراج قضايا البيئة وآليات حمايتها، والأهداف الإنمائية للألفية كمحاولة من أجل تدارك الاختلالات العديدة التي اعترت مسيرة التنمية. لذلك تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية تنظر في كيفية سعي الدولة الجزائرية إلى رسم سياسات مستدامة تحقق بها ذلك التوافق العقلاني بين البيئة والتنمية في إطار جميع القرارات الاقتصادية المستدامة، وواقع هذه الأخيرة وتحديات تطبيقها في البيئة، والجهود الملائمة التي طبعت الألفية الثالثة ضمن مراحل إعداد البرامج والسياسات الإنمائية. Abstract: This study focuses on the relation between two topics Intertwined embodiment intersection axis many cognitive fields, sustainable development as a strategy to lead the foundations for sustainable economic development and to achieve human development in all its elements, whith working to include environmental issues and protection its mechanisms, and development goals as an attempt to remedy the many imbalances which has impediment development. This paper therefore looks at how the algerian state is trying to formulate sustainable policies that bring about that rational consensus between environment and development within all sustainable economic decisions, and their realities and the challenges of access to the environment, and the appropriate efforts of the third millennium in the preparation of programs and development policies.
