هيئات التقييم الدولية في مجال النشر بين المفهوم والبنية سبرنجر أنموذجا

Résumé: عند الحديث عن هيئات التقييم الدولية في مجال النشر نحاول معرفة الطرق المتبناة في مجال التقييم على ضوء التجارب التي مروا بها للاستفادة منها، وتثمين تلك الجهود المبذولة، فضمن هذا السياق تهدف ورقتنا البحثية إلى الكشف عن هيئات التقييم الدولي سبرنجر أنموذجا ضمن مدخل مفاهيمي، حيث تعتبر من أكبر دور النشر في العالم، وتحتل المرتبة الثانية بعد شركة إلزيفير في مجال نشر المجلات العلمية تأسست في 10 ماي 1842م على يد يوليوس سبرنجر، فضمن أطر المعالجة سيتم التطرق إلى دار النشر سبرنجر من حيث التعريف والفروع المنبثقة عنها، وقواعد البيانات المتضمنة، وآليات التقييم والنشر فيها، إضافة إلى معايير القبول، ودرجة الإسهام العالمي. الكلمات المفتاحية:النشر العلمي؛ هيئات التقييم؛ سبرنجر. *** Abstract: when talking about international evaluation bodies in the field of publishing, we try to know the methods adopted in the field of evaluation in light of the experiences they have gone through in order to benefit from them and value those efforts made. within this context, our research paper aims to reveal the international evaluation bodies springer as a model within a conceptual entry. the largest publishing house in the world and is ranked second after the elsevier company in the field of publishing scientific journals. it was founded on may 10, 1842 by julius springer. within the frameworks of treatment, the springer publishing house will be dealt with in terms of definition and the branches that emanate from it, the databases included and the mechanisms of evaluation and publication in it, in addition to the criteria for acceptance and the degree of global contribution.
