دور التكوين في بناء الفكر المقاولاتي لدى الأفراد

Résumé: الملخص : تأتي المقاولة اليوم لتأخذ الاهتمام الكبير من طرف الكثير من الدول الصناعية الكبرى وحتى الدول السائرة في طريق النمو من أجل خلق وزيادة تنافسية مؤسساتها محليا ودوليا ، ومن ثم تحقيق النمو في اقتصادياتها . وتناول هذا المقال دراسة دور البرامج التكوينية في خلق و تبني فكر المقاولة ، من أجل النهوض بالمؤسسة الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتخطي تحدي البطالة والمنافسة في نفس الوقت. الكلمات المفتاحية : المقاولة ، تكوين الأفراد ، البرامج التكوينية . Abstract: Entrepreneurship come today to take great interest by many of the major industrialized nations and even the newly industrialized countries in the path of growth in order to create and increase the competitiveness of its institutions locally and internationally, and then achieve growth in their economies . This article deals with the study of the role of training programs in the creation to embrace the thought of entrepreneurship, the Foundation for the Advancement of Small, Medium and skip the challenge of unemployment and competition at the same time.
