Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث الى التطرق الى آليــــــة الإخطار الرئاسي كإجراء وجوبي وملزم لرئيس الجمهورية قبل ممارسة المحكمة الدستورية لرقابتها القبلية على دستورية القوانين ، مع ابراز دور المؤسس الدستوري من خلال التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 الذي أكد وجوبية هذه الآليــــــــة بالنص الصريح ، ثم التطرق الى الرقابة الوجوبية القبلية لأوامر رئيس الجمهورية المتخذة في حالة العطل البرلمانية او حالة شغور المجلس الشعبي الوطني كرقابة مستحدثة .
