Résumé: The inappropriate management of heath care services wastes، inside the health institutionor outside has been the biggest and the most dangerous problem that affected theenvironment and the public health، our research topic deals with this problem، its growingimpact، its harmful consequences، and how to limit the latter via choosing thepermanently management method، which goes with the legal system and the internationalcriteria by an efficient health administration that deal with its wastes starting from itssource of production ending with its treatment processing and its destruction. To enrich our research topic، this latter consist of a theoretical axis and a practice axisconsisting of a case study about the reality of wastes management done by a group ofpublic health enterprises cares.
