Résumé: The study dealt with the leadership style and its impact on employees' performance, as the research problem was to find out what is the effect of the leadership style on performance, and the study concluded that the leadership style applied in the organization has a direct impact on the level of performance. The effective leadership style leads to discipline of employees, improves their behavior and increases Of their performance and in doing so improves the performance of the organization as a whole. Among the most important recommendations is that the leadership is concerned with involving employees in developing action plans, and that the subordinates are treated without bias and participate in decision-making
