الاقتصاد الجزائري في ظل أزمة كوفيد-19 _ دراسة تحليلية

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى بيان الآثار الإقتصادية لأزمة لكوفيد-19على الإقتصاد العالمي عامة وعلى الإقتصاد الجزائري خاصة، والوقوف على أهم الإصلاحات التي جاء بها قانوني المالية الجزائري لسنتي2021 و2022 في ظل تفشي الوباء، وقد تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذى من خلاله حاولنا تحليل المعطيات المتوفرة للتعرف أكثر على أهم الإختلالات الاقتصادية التي سببتها الجائحة على الإقتصاد الجزائري، وأهم ما خلصت إليه الدراسة أن الأزمة الصحية أدت الى تذبذب وتراجع مختلف الأنشطة الإقتصادية في ظل انخفاض أسعار النفط الذى يكاد يكون المورد الوحيد للإقتصاد الجزائري . الكلمات المفتاحية : كوفيد-19 ؛ مؤشرات الإقتصاد الوطني ؛ قانون المالية 2022. تصنيف JEL :I12، E50،N1 تصنيف JEL :I12، E50،N1 Abstract: This study aimed to explain the economic effects of the Covid-19 crisis on the global economy in general and the Algerian economy in particular, and to stand on the most important reforms brought by the Algerian Finance Law for the years 2021 and 2022 in light of the outbreak of the epidemic. To learn more about the most important economic imbalances caused by the pandemic on the Algerian economy, and the most important finding of the study is that the health crisis led to fluctuation and decline of various economic activities in light of the drop in oil prices, which is almost the only resource for the Algerian economy. keyword: COVID-19; the national economy; Finance Law 2022.
