Résumé: Abstract: This research aims to provide a comprehensive and in-depth insight into the role of business incubators in promoting the growth and sustainability of startups across different economies, thereby contributing to improving policies and practices in this field, through this study, comprehensive and comparative insights can be provided that contribute to a better understanding of the role of business incubators in supporting the growth and sustainability of startups, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of these incubators in promoting innovation and economic and social growth across different economic contexts. This research seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of business incubators in supporting the growth and sustainability of startups, and to provide practical and theoretical insights that contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of these incubators in various economic contexts, by studying the contributions of the top ten incubators and accelerators in the world in supporting the growth and sustainability of startups. ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم رؤية شاملة ومتعمقة حول دور حاضنات الأعمال في تعزيز نمو واستدامة الشركات الناشئة عبر مختلف الاقتصادات، وبالتالي المساهمة في تحسين السياسات والممارسات في هذا المجال، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة يمكن تقديم رؤى شاملة ومقارنة تساهم في فهم أفضل لدور حاضنات الأعمال في دعم نمو واستدامة الشركات الناشئة، وبالتالي تعزيز فعالية هذه الحاضنات في تعزيز الابتكار والنمو الاقتصادي والاجتماعي عبر سياقات اقتصادية مختلفة. يسعى هذا البحث إلى تقديم فهم شامل لدور حاضنات الأعمال في دعم نمو واستدامة الشركات الناشئة، وتقديم رؤى عملية ونظرية تساهم في تعزيز فعالية هذه الحاضنات في سياقات اقتصادية مختلفة، من خلال دراسة مساهمات أفضل عشر حاضنات ومسرعات أعمال في العالم في دعم نمو واستدامة الشركات الناشئة.
