الجنوب الجزائري في الصحافة الفرنسية والجزائرية( 1830 / 1954 م )

Résumé: الملخص: ظلت الصحراء الكبرى بعيدة عن متناول القوى الإستعمارية الكبرى،بسبب إنشغالاتها بالصراع فيما بينها من أجل مناطق النفوذ في أسيا وإفريقيا جنوب الصحراء،لكنها إنتبهت إلى أهمية هذه الرقعة الجغرافية التي تشكل الصحراء الجزائرية جزءا منها،إضافة إلى أنها تشكل حلقة وصل هامة بينها وبين المستعمرات الفرنسية جنوب الصحراء الجزائرية. ففي الفترة بين 1830-1954م كانت الجزائر تحت الإحتلال الفرنسي،وكانت الصحافة تدعم الإحتلال الفرنسي مع تعزيز فكرة الحضارة الفرنسية في الجزائر وفي محاولات للسيطرة على الموارد والإنتاج.بعد ذلك كان ظهور الصحافة في الجزائر كان من أهم أولويات الحملة الفرنسية التي حملت بدورها أسلحة أخطر من الأسلحة العادية،وقد تجسد ذلك في إنشاء مجموعة من الكتابات الفرنسية والجزائرية بالصحراء منها جريدة المبشر وجريدة الشهاب ..التي عالجت مجموعة من القضايا والمواضيع المرتبطة بأوضاع الجزائريين منها(السياسية والإجتماعية والثقافية والدينية...إلخ) وهذا ماتعمدت الإدارة الإستعمارية تجسيده من خلال السياسة الدعائية الفاعلة في أواسط الشعب الجزائري،حيث حملت هذه السياسة مجموعة من القوانين والمراسيم الدعائية لخدمة الشعب،لكن تخدم فرنسا بالدرجة الأولى.
