الوظائف الخضراء:ثمرة التطبيق السليم لأبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية.

Résumé: حققت العولمة الاقتصادية النجاح المالي للمؤسسات على حساب المجتمع و البيئة ، حيث تفشى الفقر و البطالة فضلا عن التلوث البيئي ،فسارعت الدول المتقدمة إلى إيجاد حلول لاحتواء آثارها السلبية و تقويمها لتعود إلى مسارها الصحيح خاصة بعد مؤتمر الألفية الذي أفرز لنا مفاهيم جديدة معبرة عن الاهتمام بالمسائل البيئية والاجتماعية أبرزها الوظائف الخضراء التي تعتبر الوسيلة المثالية المحققة للاقتصاد الأخضر الذي يستوعب كل السلبيات ، و تعتبر المسؤولية الاجتماعية إحدى السياسات المثالية لتحفيز المؤسسات على إدماج البعد الأخضر في نشاطها والمدعمة بالمواصفة القياسية إيزو 26000 . تهدف هذه الدراسة البحثية إلى إبراز دور تبني المؤسسات للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في تخضير الوظائف نتيجة التفاعل بين أبعادها انطلاقا من فكرة العمل اللائق كمرحلة أولية ثم المضي في ذلك للوصول إلى مفهوم الوظائف الخضراء كمبدأ راسخ في ثقافة المؤسسات . Economic globalization has achieved financial success for institutions at the expense of society and the environment, where poverty and unemployment as well as environmental pollution have spread, so that developed countries have rushed to find solutions to contain their negative effects and assess them to get back on track, especially after the Millennium Conference, which gave us new concepts expressing interest in environmental and social issues. The most notable green jobs which are considered to be the ideal way to achieve the green economy which absorbs all negative effects, and social responsability is one of the ideal policies to motivate institutions to integrate the green dimension in their activities and supported by ISO 26000. This study aims to highlight the role of institutions adopting social responsibility in the greening of jobs following the interaction between their dimensions based on the idea of decent work as a preliminary step, then to reach the concept of green jobs as a firm principle in the culture of institutions
