قيــاس الكفـاءة التشغيلية للبنوك التجارية باستخـدام نمـوذج العـائـد علـى حقـوق الملكيـة (دراسة تطبيـقية مقــارنة بيــن بنكــي الســلام و البـنك الجزائر الخارجي خــلال فـترة (2018– 2022))
Résumé: This study addresses the measurement of operational efficiency using the return on equity model, focusing on a case study of Al Salam Bank Algeria and the External Bank of Algeria for the period (2018-2022). The study emphasizes the banks' efficiency in cost control and profitability, as well as the ability of the Islamic bank to compete with the conventional bank in the same business environment. The study's results indicate that Al Salam Bank performed better than the External Bank of Algeria in profitability indicators. Conversely, the External Bank of Algeria outperformed Al Salam Bank in terms of cost control capabilities
