التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر كرهان لتعزيز الانفتاح التجاري: الطريق نحو السوق الإفريقية

Résumé: ملخص: عالجت هذه الدراسة واقع التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر وبشكل أدق تنويع الصادرات خلال الفترة 2000-2019 وكذا آفاق الانفتاح التجاري الجزائري على السوق الإفريقية عبر منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الإفريقية. و توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن قطاع الصادرات لا يزال يعاني من التبعية المطلقة للمحروقات، وبالرغم من كل الجهود التي بذلتها الجزائر لتنويع الانتاج و قطاع الصادرات إلا أن الاختلالات التي يعاني منها الاقتصاد الوطني حالت دون تحقيق ذلك الهدف، وأخيراً أوصت هذه الدراسة بضرورة إعادة تشكيل نموذج نمو اقتصادي مبني على تنويع القاعدة الإنتاجية ويتماشى ومتطلبات السوق الإفريقية، من أجل تعزيز الصادرات الجزائرية نحو هذه السوق. الكلمات المفتاحية: التنويع الاقتصادي؛ قطاع المحروقات؛ الانفتاح التجاري ؛ إفريقيا. Abstract: This study deals the reality of economic diversification in Algeria and, more precisely, diversification of exports during the period 2000-2019, as well as the prospects of Algerian trade openness to the African market through the African Continental Free Trade Area. this study also found that the export sector still suffers from an absolute dependency on hydrocarbons, and despite all the efforts made by Algeria to diversify production and the export sector, the imbalances that the national economy suffers from have prevented the achievement of that goal. Finally, this study recommended the necessity of Reshaping an economic growth model based on diversifying the production base and in line with the requirements of the African market, in order to promote Algerian exports to this market.
