الوساطة الجزائية في جرائم الإهمال العائلي

Résumé: الوساطة الجزائية من أهم الوسائل البديلة لحل النزاعات بالطرق الودية، فهي تعتبر آلية اختيارية منحها المشرع لوكيل الجمهورية إذ ينصب تطبيقها أساسا في إجرائها قبل تحريك الدعوى العمومية، كما يتطلب إجراؤها وجود أطراف عادة ما تكون بينهم علاقة القرابة، كما هو الوضع في الجرائم الماسة بالأسرة، فالوساطة الجزائية إجراء يحافظ على العلاقات الاجتماعية بما فيها الأسرية لذلك تقرر في بعض الجرائم الماسة بالأسرة بهدف وضع حد للإخلال الناتج عن الجريمة وجبر الضرر المترتب عليها.
